Our new categories continue to honor members of the AAJA community as well as community leadership. In addition to the Journalism Excellence Awards, we’ve also developed new Community Awards (formerly Membership Awards), which we will announce after gala at #AAJA22. We are thankful for their tireless efforts, their eyes for recognizing exemplary reporting and their adaptability to new platforms for assessing awards. And a special thank you to all of our judges for these awards.
